Referral Terms & Conditions
WORKING DRAFT — Carvenza must finalise this campaign before enabling it.
Participation: registered customers may join while the campaign is active. Each participant receives a unique code. Share your code with people who wish to contact Carvenza; do not share anyone's personal details without consent.
Qualification: the code must be entered on a sale enquiry or rental application during the displayed campaign dates and for an eligible service. A qualifying transaction must be completed and reviewed by Carvenza. Submission, approval or payment alone does not guarantee a reward. Self-referrals using the same account or email are prohibited. Carvenza reviews other suspected self-referrals and duplicate transactions manually. Multiple genuine referrals may be submitted; each transaction can qualify once.
Reward: the reward type and amount displayed when the code is submitted are recorded against that referral. Carvenza reviews eligibility and approves payment. Payment timing and any minimum transaction requirements must be included here before launch. Rewards are recorded as paid only after Carvenza makes and verifies payment separately.
Cancellation/refunds: a cancelled or refunded transaction is not eligible for a new reward. Already-paid rewards are flagged for review; there is no automatic debit from the referrer's bank account.
Campaign changes: publish future changes clearly. Do not retrospectively change an existing qualifying referral's recorded reward without a lawful and agreed basis. State any expiry and claim deadline here. Contact Carvenza with questions or disputes.
